Galion Middle School promotes clean drinking water

Will welcomes Cindy Strickler, a 7th grade teacher at Galion Middle School, who are having a fundraising event at the football stadium today at 10:00 am called Walk for Water. The students were inspired to do this after reading the book “A Long Walk to Water”.  They will be carrying gallon jugs of water around the track in order to better understand the daily burden many people in Africa face.
