From 12:00pm on 2/16/26 to 11:59pm on 3/12/26, entrants must go to the “Journey” contest page on wqel.com and fill out the form for a chance to enter to win two tickets to the concert March 16, 2026. Winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entrants on 3/13/26 by a WQEL staffer and notified by phone and e-mail. The winner will receive an email from WQEL with a hyperlink to an electronic waiver form that the winner must sign and return to WQEL before the prize will be transferred to the winner.  The tickets will be transferred to the winner by Ticketmaster and the winner must check his or her email account for an email from the ticket provider in order to download the tickets. No purchase necessary. Fees and incidentals are no included and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. WQEL will not be responsible, and no refunds will be offered if concert is cancelled/delayed/postponed for any reason. The absolute value of the difference between the chosen and actual score for tiebreaker team #1 is added to the absolute value of the difference between the chosen and actual score for tiebreaker team #2, then this value will be subtracted from the possible baseline tiebreaker points of one hundred (100). If player leaves either tiebreaker team blank the player will automatically receive zero (0) tiebreaker points. The player’s tiebreaker points will be a separate score and will only be used in the case of a tie. In which case the player with the highest tiebreaker points will be the winner. If a tie still exists after using the tiebreaker formula then a random winner will be chosen from the pool of tied players. In order for the $1,000,000 Grand Prize to be awarded, an eligible Entrant must correctly predict all sixty-three (63) games in the designated Men’s College Basketball Tournament. If no eligible Entrants correctly predict the winning teams in all sixty-three (63) NCAA Championship tournament games, then the $1,000,000 Grand Prize will not be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules, including but not limited to the agreement to arbitrate, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained herein. Contestants who register to participate on our website may be required to produce a printed copy of proof of registration before being allowed to participate in the contest. Due to the nature of our programs that are heard on-line over the internet, contests may not be heard at all on WQEL. Contests heard on the radio station’s internet audio stream may be slightly delayed from the time the contests are heard on the broadcast station, and will be running behind the broadcast signal. Thus, all contests heard on the internet are delayed. This delay can last for as much as 30 seconds or more. This means that when WQEL contests are played that require a specific caller to telephone the radio station (such as “Caller number 9 when you hear the sound effect”), listeners to the on-line audio stream may be at a disadvantage in participating over those listeners who hear the contests on-air.
