Former Executive Director of Galion-Crestline Area Chamber of Commerce accused of misconduct and potential funds misappropriation

GALION, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—In a recent development, the Galion-Crestline Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has discovered instances of alleged misconduct and potential funds misappropriations by their former Executive Director Miranda Jones.

This revelation comes after a thorough internal investigation conducted by the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

In a letter to its members, the Board says it is taking immediate action to address the situation and ensure transparency and accountability.

The former Executive Director was relieved of her duties late last year.

Law enforcement and the State Auditor have been notified. The Galion-Crestline Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is cooperating with their investigation.

Crawford County Now has obtained a copy of the letter sent to Chamber members.
