The Crawford County Grand Jury has indicted the 66-year-old on three counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor, each a fourth-degree felony carrying a maximum sentence of 18 months in prison.

The charges came to light after law enforcement obtained additional information. Mark Cobb has pleaded not guilty, and his bond has been set at $250,000.00 by Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold. Attorney Jerry Thompson has been appointed to represent him.

Additionally, Chet Cobb, 44, faces even more charges as a result of the information obtained. He was convicted in August and is currently serving a 54-month prison sentence at the Madison Correctional Facility.

Crawford County Now will continue to cover this developing story.
