Boomer & Senior Expo this Friday

The 13th Annual Boomer and Senior Expo is scheduled for May 23, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Kingston Residence of Marion.

At noon, a special ceremony will be held to recognize hometown heroes. Marion City Police Chief Jay McDonald will deliver the keynote address, and the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard will present a gun salute and taps. Live performances of the national anthem and “God Bless America” will also be featured.

More than 60 vendors will be on-site, showcasing products, services, and resources tailored to the boomer and senior community. The event is free to attend, with transportation and parking assistance provided by the Marion County Red Cross and Marion Area Transit.

Davey Jones will broadcast from this event from 10a-12p. Stop by for a chance at winning tickets to the Columbus Zoo.
