No injuries or spills were reported after a train derailed near Crestline Saturday afternoon.

At 2:45 p.m., a CSX train in route from East St. Louis, Illinois, to Selkirk, New York, derailed numerous automobiles and non-hazardous material at the U.S. 30 overpass near Ohio 61. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and the Crestline Fire Department arrived at the scene to find train cars spilled off the railway. Spikes, mangled ties, and rails littered the tracks.
