A man who left a bomb at the intersection of Ohio and Wood streets in Mansfield near the MedCentral Hospital a year ago pleaded no contest to seven charges.
26-year-old Seph Valentine was found guilty as a result by Judge James DeWeese in Richland County Common Pleas Court. Charges against Valentine include harassment with a bodily substance, illegal assembly or possession of an explosive device, grand theft and inducing panic.
Valentine’s sentencing has been scheduled for March 22nd and he could receive a prison sentence of six years.
