A Star For Starr

Sir Paul McCartney will be the only solo Beatle not to be among the stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame when Ringo Starr is honored on Monday.

The drummer will unveil the 2,401st star on the Walk of Fame outside the fabled Capitol Records Building, where George Harrison and John Lennon already have pavement honours.

The Fab Four also have a band star on the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and La Brea, but McCartney has never claimed his honour.

A spokesman for the Walk of Fame tells WENN, "Paul McCartney was approved years ago but we are still waiting for a date from him."
